How to provide access to me Personal Account for my colleagues?

1. You can add a list of your colleagues who will also have access to yor Personal Account.  In your Personal Account go to Tools section and choose User.

2. Fill in the new user profile and set up access policy for the user. Click OK.  

3. The new user will appear in the list. On the same page you can add other users, manage and edit the user profile.
