If you for some reason decide to stop using our services, you can request a return of the unused money.
The refund is made only by bank transfer. The funds are returned only in the absence of breaches from cusomer's side. To obtain a refund you must fill out the application to terminate the agreement and the application for a refund (these document forms are available in the SLA and Documents section) and send them by mail to us:
