If you do not have enough funds on your account to pay for the services used, they will be blocked.
In order to re-start using your cloud services just add funds to your account. The funds will be charged automatically and services will be auto-renewed.
If you use backup service, in case of non-payment we keep your backups for 14 calendar days, and then we delete them.
You will receive notifications about low funds on your account on the email of registration. Please add the funds to your account on time. If you have problems with receiving email notifications from CloudLITE please contact technical support (firstname.lastname@example.org).
