How does our technical support work?

Ticket registration:

1. Tickets sent directly from your Personal Account or via techsupport@cloudlite.ru are recorded automatically on 24x7x365 basis.

2. Enquiries by phone are recorded on weekdays from 10.00 to 18.30. Tickets are registered within 20 minutes.

Ticket resolution:

1. Tickets related to CloudLITE cloud infrastructure are resolved on 24x7x365 basis.

2. Tickets not related to the functioning of the infrastructure of our cloud are resolved on weekdays from 10.00 to 18.30. Learn more about ticket priority, the types of enquires and standards for their resolution in our SLA.
